      my two twin girls (11) absolutely loved it. For once they actually worked together, not to mention a whole afternoon without fighting. Very good instructions, although they were not able to construct a house like that shown they did turn out a pretty neat 2 story house with a balcony. Only problem was that afterward they wanted to make a second house and the amount of materials were inadequate.

      This product is great conceptually, but in reality it is difficult for the average middle school child to do alone. If you have hours of time to spend working on it with your child you might get it done - eventually.
