Aqua Time Bomb

Here's a cool way to play "hot potato" on a sunny summer day! Inside this bright plastic container lurks a water balloon and timer. Pass it around or throw it back and forth until the timer pops the balloon (15 seconds) and drenches whoever happens to be holding it.
