Great Idea But Shapes Too Small to Trace

I bought two of these sets, one for my children, and one as a gift. PROS: The quality is great is as with all of Melissa & Doug products I've purchased over the years. I love the variety of shapes included in the set. CON: Many of the shapes are way too small to be traced well (ie. the birds, many of the animals). I bought two thinking I would love it but unfortunately I'll be returning the second set and finding another gift.

Good for hand-eye coordination

These are sturdy, bright and come in a great wooden box. They are good for hand-eye coordination and learning how to draw objects. Gives kids a sense of success.

My littles love these!! They are great to keep them entertained during our weekly bible study and often times to just draw at home! We get a lot of use out of them and they are holding up well. The only thing I didn't like were the color pencils aren't good quality and they don't show up dark enough to see, so we have to use our own color pencils, but that gives us more variety in colors anyway. Would totally recommend!
