Mini Tweets were a waste of money

These are colorful and cute-looking, but they do not perform as described. There is no warble, regardless of whether you fill the whistle with water. The blow-piece adjusts in and out to become longer/shorter, but this does nothing to improve the sound. This product was a big disappointment. I returned them immediately. Purchased whistles for Easter Baskets...they looked beautiful and children were very attracted to them and immediately tried the whistle,the sound was almost inaudible and the children were disappointed and put them aside.

It works, but takes effort

First off, add water. Secondly, adjust the tail/mouthpiece/straw bit. It will make an ear-splitting shrill sound if you do NOT do both of these things, but once you add water, and adjust the tail a bit (it moves up and down, so it's lower in the water, etc.) then it makes a cute little warbling sound.

just like when we were kids!

Disappointing

Very disappointing. I remembered something similar from my youth that made a lovely warbling sound. These looked and felt cheap and made an awful mind-numbing shrill sound that made the whole family irritable.
