I bought several sets of these for my 6 yr old daughter for Christmas and the whole family has played/used them. We even pull them out when we babysit other younger kids. They get so creative with them and we've started using them during family game night. It's amazing how you can incorporate them during pictionary! I have also used them during training at work during a teamwork exercise. So they really are for all ages! I recently purchased a set for my 4 yr old nephew after he just could not stop playing with them when he was over one weekend. Out of the 3 sets we purchased only 1, yes just 1 has broken. We will definitely be purchasing more!

One of the best gifts I have ever purchased for my crafty 6 year old niece. She loved it on Christmas and still enjoys making her own creations. Her mom and dad loved the storage bag!

this was a Christmas gift for a 4 year old. Everyone from the adults to the toddlers had fun building with it, and I hear that she has enjoyed many hours with it at home.

I purchased this as a gift for my nieces and nephews AND my almost 5 yr. old daughter and she absolutely LOVES it! It keeps her busy for hours and I admit I like joining in on the fun, those shapes are pretty addicting!
I rated it 4 stars only because the wood is a little bit fragile if you push too hard to connect them (one broke).
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has children, grandchildren, etc.

I ordered the Connectagons to be sent to two different places as gifts for Christmas, so I will have to wait until they are opened to judge their merits. They looked like the ideal gifts for children, fun and something the whole family could do together. The Chatimal is adorable and I am sure the 5-year-old it is going to will love it!

My sons, ages 4 and 7, have a great time building things with these, including sheds for their trains, airplanes, towers, etc. The only downer about it is that the box barely accommodates all of the pieces, and I don't quite remember how they had been arranged from the factory...so too much of the cleanup is left to Mom, which makes me less eager to encourage them to use this great toy! I think one must keep the cardboard dividers to be able to arrange all the pieces in the box. It would be much improved if the box were deep enough to just toss all the pieces in, rather than painstakingly line them all up perfectly.

Connectagons are great and my kids, ages 5 and 3 love to play with them. This is a great quiet activity for them while I'm nursing my 1 year old before his nap. I'll be buying more sets in the future. This would make a wonderful gift. It comes in a nice, sturdy wooden storage box. This has been holding up quite nicely and I can see my kids passing it down to their own children one day.

We first received the Original Connectagons as a gift and my five year old loved them so much and was crafty different objects with them that we purchased the Geometry set to expand the building.
He got them for Christmas and that day we (my son, my 18 month old daughter, my 21 yr. old niece and her boyfriend, my 54 yr old sister-in-law, my husband, and I created a world of structures-buildings, airplane, cars, animals, flowers.
I LOVE this product! We dumped all of them into a plastic bin (getting them back into the orginal wooden box is time consumming)so clean up is easy (if I can get the kids to take their creations apart). Stepping on one of the pieces left on the floor is much nicer on the foot than stepping on a Lego!

My only concern is the paint; it's made in China. I just watch my little one with them. So far she like to play with them not chew on them.

We plan to get more!

My daughter loves the butterflies. She plays with them individually as much as piecing them together.

My kids love to see how many different ways they can connect the pieces. Some times it's to see how tall they can get, sometimes it's to create a color pattern, sometimes it's to see if they can use all the pieces. The options are endless. Great open ended toy!
