I gave this to my grandchild who is severely disabled. He can push the buttons by himself and that alone makes it a great item. The sounds are very realistic and he plays them and we all laugh.

My 3 yr. old grandson loves all the sounds, but I think my son-in-law likes it better. The sounds are not annoying and the flashlight will get a lot of use this summer at our beach house.
