Two proven kid-pleasers (marbles and blocks) combine to keep active children happily occupied for hours. Build towering structures with the hardwood blocks, then release marbles at the top and watch 'em roll!
Tip: for truly amazing mazes, start with our exclusive spiral end cup and build backwards. The set's 45 interestingly shaped, brightly patterned blocks inspire all kinds of contorted constructions for the set's 10 included marbles to maneuver.
Comments about Product: When seeing this, I was reminded of the plastic marble sets I had in school. I loved it!
But knowing my nephew and how much he loves blocks, I found this to be a great gift. It kept him busy, along with my Dad, for hours on Christmas morning!
After playing with a few times, he has already lost a few marbles, but its nice they are easily replaced.
Comments about Product: I am Youth Education Director at our church and have used a similar product for many years. This one is more sophisticated than ever. Everyone loves it. I have teenagers who go back into the primary room after church to play with the marble run, just as they did when they were six. They keep creating new ways to utilize gravity.
Comments about Product: It was brightly painted and looked fun, but that's all that I can say good about it. The blocks were slick and slipped off each other. The grooves were poorly shaped and often did not allow the marble to roll from block to block. I bought the smaller set thinking if my grandson liked it, I'd buy a bigger set next year. It was a waste of my money. My son put the block set in a donation box.
Comments about Product: My youngest son had this on the top of his Christmas list. It is difficult to line up and balance (even for an adult) He looses interest because it doesn't run smoothly and he has to "tweak" it so much. Very disappointed
Comments about Product: Great for my 6 year old, but her 12 year old brother had fun too. My only complaint is that one set alone is not quite enough (esp. for the 12 year old), so we ordered another set!
Comments about Product: We purchased this marble run for our son when he was three. At 5 1/2, he still enjoys playing with it as does our 2 year-old. This is a great toy for the whole family! It helps develop spatial awareness and physics concepts. It can also be used as building blocks too. Great value!
Comments about Product: This is a great set and can be easily used with other block sets. The variety of colors, designs and shapes make this set fun to use. What a great set to enhance a childs imagination and creativity. This is a toy that all ages can enjoy!
Comments about Product: My 4 yr olds got this for Christmas and love it! At first it was frustrating for them to do alone, but now they have a better sense of how to line pieces up for success. There are enough wooden pieces and marbles that they can play together.
Comments about Product: This is a sturdy bag with an adequate drawstring for closing. It is an easy way to store all the pieces of the Marble Run Around set. Although all the pieces fit, it is difficult for my children to organize them so that the bag is able to shut. Adult help may be required. The biggest issue with this bag is that it will not hold additional pieces if you add on to your set.
Comments about Product: I purchased this for the child daycare were I work. The kids(4-10yrs.old) love it and play with it alot! There are endless creative ways to to set it up. The only thing I found not so great was the paint wearing off.
Comments about Product: The product is a good idea- I had a toy like it as a child. But this particular product is not worth the money. The blocks do not balance on top of each other, and therefore is hard to set up, even for adults.
Comments about Product: This is a great marble toy. More versatile and much less expensive than similar wooden marble toys. The whole family loves to build and re build. Wonderful for the whole family.
Comments about Product: My kids enjoy building marble runs while I am reading aloud to them. When the chapter ends, they have a chance to test their creation with marbles to see if it works. They can play quietly while they listen to a story, and then can have the excitement of seeing how well they built. It can get pretty noisy when they are testing it with the marbles, though.
