          This little skirt, for all that I paid for it, was a huge success with my granddaughter, who received it from me for her 2nd birthday, promptly put it on (and although it somewhat dwarfed her very small frame (even for a two-year old), proceeded to have great fun with it. A month later, she insisted on wearing it as part of her Halloween costume. It was fun to watch her in it, and worth every penny.
