It works, but takes effort

Best Uses
First off, add water. Secondly, adjust the tail/mouthpiece/straw bit. It will make an ear-splitting shrill sound if you do NOT do both of these things, but once you add water, and adjust the tail a bit (it moves up and down, so it's lower in the water, etc.) then it makes a cute little warbling sound.

whistles didn't whistle/make noise

I was going to put them in easter baskets, never did because they didn't make any sound.

These were just like I remember them! My son loved them as much as I did. We shared with our friends and everyone went running around the house warbling. It was great!

Very disappointing. I remembered something similar from my youth that made a lovely warbling sound. These looked and felt cheap and made an awful mind-numbing shrill sound that made the whole family irritable.
