These oversized blocks offer kids the opportunity to interact with their biggest construction projects. Giant blocks are made of cardboard so they're lightweight but extremely durable to hold up to years of play. Each is printed with detailed architectural designs of European castles and buildings. Finished structures offer unlimited play potential-kids can make a castle, a house or a school, then step right into the action. Blocks ship flat and fold into three-dimensional building pieces. Includes 48 blocks.

Comments about Product: They are just beautiful, and pretty sturdy. But they are so lightweight they won't stay stacked. My son will crawl through and they immediately collapse. All of them. Not just one or two. The boxes themselves are durable. So it's strange. If they were just a little heavier, they might stay stacked. They are nearly as light as a cereal box. Not quite, but almost. My son played with them about 4 days and now they are just in a heap in a corner.
Comments about Product: We purchased these for our younger kids as Christmas gifts and were FLOORED at the paper-like quality of these "blocks". They are nothing like the traditional Archiquest blocks we purchased from Hearthsong, and were so flimsy they didn't even fold together. They would not have lasted a day in our family even with our gentle kids. What an astonishingly bad product.
Comments about Product: We have always loved cardboard building blocks, so when we saw this castle themed set, it was a no brainer to buy it! The blocks are well made, very sturdy, and very brightly colored.
My one complaint is that the images on some of the blocks are upside down -- the tall tower with flowers looks great from the front, but if you walk around the other side of the wall you've built using that block, the image on the other side is upside down. Not a huge deal, but something that frustrates my daughter!
Comments about Product: These very durable and attractive blocks were used for a preaching series themed on "The Chronicles of Narnia" as well as for a family-night dinner themed on the same subject. They were used to provide a look and atmosphere, and were well received! The product is a bit pricey, but if they last over the years, they will be well worth it!
