I bought twelve of these at Christmas for my twelve grandkids and was very disappointed. Even when the adults tried to get them to work they would only go sideways and immediately fall to the ground. They would not go up in the air. It was a big disappointment and a waste of money.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Hard for little guys to operate
By Boys' Mom

I bought these for my 2 & 5 yr olds. They loved them at first, but had a hard time getting them to work. My older boys ended up using them until the spinners disappeared.

flew into my nose
Hard to get these to fly far and they kept flying back into my face rather than in front of me. They might amuse kids for a while, but I ended up not giving them to my grandsons.
Lots of fun!

Dino-myte Fun and Great Therapy Toy
from Boston, MA
I have used this toy with great success in play therapy sessions with kids who struggle with self regulation but are more resistant to using self calming strategies like deep breathing techniques. This toy promotes those skills through the play. Only con has been kids who are more sensitive and frightened by expression on dinosaur's face, but most kids have loved playing with this.
from Raleigh, NC
This toy is fun and it is perfect for the child who needs a little boost with their oral motor skills.
