The Hatley story started with a talented painter named Alice, who lived with her husband and three sons in the lakeside village of North Hatley, Canada. Alice’s paintings of farmyard animals inspired a line of aprons which sold like hotcakes. Hatley Clothing was born, and became a thriving business. Hatley is now run by Alice’s sons, and Hatley designs are sold all around the world.
