My kids loved this!
Comments about Product: My kiddos loved this! It was great fun to see the stages of development...my girls (ages 4 and 2) were really into it and looked forward to checking on them each morning. It was BIG NEWS at our house when the first ladybug appeared. The only change that could make the product even better is if the watering mechanism was changed. Currently, you have to remove entire dome to provide a few drops of water. It would be easier (and safer for the bugs) if the top magnifier screwed off to place the drops of water.
Comments about Product: This was a gift for an 8 year old boy whose mother is totally into veggie and flower gardening. Ladybug Land served the purpose of letting the young one enjoy his ladybugs developing in their little domed home, and then releasing them into mom's garden. The Ladybug Land container will see it's use for many more insect friends through his developing years, more ladybugs, and untold other insectile critters.
Comments about Product: I bought this as a gift for my grandaughter because she is facinated with ladybugs. I also bought the four stage plastic forms, so that she could learn the cycles of growth. She had great fun watching the ladybugs grow and was fine letting them go in my garden when the ladybugs matured.
