Try this delicious recipe to get you started!
Cupcake Recipe:
Ingredients:

• 1 box of Confetti Cupcake mix
• 1 1/4 cups of water
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tub of Strawberry Cream Frosting

Baking Instructions:
1. Place cupcake liners in mini treat maker.
2. Blend dry mix, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds).
3. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into liners, filling each 1/2 full.
4. Bake 5-8 minutes. Cupcakes are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
5. Be careful to let cool completely before frosting.
6. Eat and enjoy!

We got this for my son for his birthday. My kids love donuts. They really enjoyed helping me measure out all the ingredients and put it all together. We weren't sure how much the recipe would make, so we doubled it which turned out to be unnecessary. The recipe yields plenty of donuts. The kids really enjoyed decorating them too. Only thing i'd improve is making the recipe instructions a little more clear and easy to follow but otherwise, this was a great product that my 6 and 8 year old sons love.

I bought this as a gift for my 11 yr old granddaughter who likes to cook. She has used it numerous times to make treats for the family. Her mother likes it because regular cake mixes can be used and nothing special must be purchased.

I bought the cupcake maker for my 7-year-old daughter as a Christmas gift. She loves to help me bake and uses her Easy Bake oven a lot so I thought this would enable her to be more independent. Sure enough, she absolutely loves it. We have developed a recipe for her by altering a healthy store-bought mix and her cupcakes are in high demand. She makes them for family and friends a lot and enjoys the self esteem she's gained by making something on her own that so many people enjoy. The only downside to her using this by herself is that it gets extremely hot and she came close to burning herself before I got her some little oven mitts and we developed a safer procedure for dropping in the batter as well as getting the cupcakes out. Also, it does take much longer to make an entire batch since you're only making seven at a time. My daughter doesn't mind this however and it keeps her happily occupied for at least an hour.
