It is disappointing to open up the package to see a great looking slack line that can't be used. There is a minimum tree circumference of 3.2' and a maximum of 5.9'. None of our trees fit within these dimensions so we obviously can't use it. A fair rating is for a good looking product and for it arriving in good condition. We hope to keep others from having this same disappointment by including these circumference requirements in the review. It would have been nice if it was included in the product description. The trees also need to be within 49' of each other.

OUr 5 year old and his friends love balancing on the slackline. It greatly improves their core strength with the guideline above to steady themselves. So much imagination in what one could be walking over, i.e. volcano, river, etc. I anticipate this will be a confidence booster for future hiking adventures, too.

Purchased the slackline this past summer for my 7 year old who loves to balance on everything- but knew it would be great for our 9 year old and eventually for 3 year old as well. We use it primarily in our backyard between two trees, but it's easily transportable to a park, etc., which I also love (we even took it on the plane with us). Definitely read the instructions before use (especially if you've never used a ratchet before) and don't try to wind too much of the line through the ratchet or it will get stuck- personal experience here. The ratchet is not easy to take apart if the slackline is wound so tightly it can't move, although we managed after much prying and frustration. Perfect for creating an obstacle course in the backyard. Do wish the tree huggers were a bit longer for bigger trees. Overall great quality, love the top training line, overall a great purchase.

Bought for a 7 and 8 year old and it is perfect! They can't seem to get enough of playing on it. Kids and parents from around the neighborhood are coming to try it as well. Easier to use the closer the trees are together. This is also the ultimate core workout!

My kids are older (15 and up), but they enjoy it. We're all still trying to get the hang of it but it's fun just trying! (Not sure how those little kids in the picture are doing it!) The webbing is substantial and soft, and it's easy to set up once you understand it - had to find and watch an online video. We used both included tree wraps to get fully around one tree - used a folded bath towel and duct tape for the other tree. Highly recommend!
