Such a pretty item. I kept it for myself but it would be great for a child too. The light is soft and calming. The fairy's face is gentle and detailed. The colors on the flower and base are beautiful. I love how the little wings glow when the light is on. Such a cute item that it is attractive with both the light on or off.

Very Cute

My daughter didn't want such a bright night light, so we got her this for Christmas. It is super cute! I read all the reviews and I do have to say that the batteries do run out fast. It was only one night that she used it, then they were dead. But, she loves it and it's the right amount of light.

Loved this mainly because it was battery operated, no wires and plugs! Light is tiny so it doesn't light up anything but it's very cute as a display shelf ornament or placed in a fairy garden. Colors are vibrant and the details are nice, especially for the price!

would like an electrical cord.

Not a night light. More for decoration.

The light is extremely dim, and my daughter still needs another night light in the room. It is also not built to leave on all night. We burned through the batteries in 3 nights. I replaced the button batteries (over $5 for replacements at the store), and forgot to turn it off a couple of nights, so the new batteries are now spent. We're keeping it as a decoration in her room, but not using it as a light anymore.
