    A little disappointing

    Comments about HearthSong Portable CD/Karaoke Machine:

    Despite the reviews indicating that the headphones often didn't work, I still ordered the cd player. Guess what? The headphones didn't work! However, when I called Hearthsong, I received excellent service. They sent out a replacement cd player w/headphones right away, and everything worked well. They then sent out a return, postage-paid label, and I returned the unti that didn't work. Very easy. That is why I gave it 3 stars and would recommend it.

    Service and delivery comments:

    Customer Service was excellent. The operator I talked to was very helpful, and said she would send me a replacement right away, which she did. She also sent a return, postage-paid label for my return. Everything was very easy, and I appreciated the prompt and cordial service.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
