This was a Valentine's gift for my oldest little girl, and she loves it! The heart itself seems very durable, but the ribbon that comes with it is not. However, that is easily remedied with a nice chain, leather cording, or better quality ribbon. The chime makes such a sweet little sound. I told my daughter that when she hears the chime, it's to remind her that Mama and Daddy love her. That has really seemed to make her feel special!

Bought 3 of these last year. One sounded beautiful, another sounded okay but not the same, and the third sounded terrible. Never did give them to my girls, because of course they'd both want them to sound beautiful. They are also a little heavy, in my opinion, for young girls to wear around their necks.

Bought this for my 4 year old for valentines day. Was so cute out of the box, but the hook attached to the heart broke immediately; the internal charm that makes it "ring" lodged and would not "ring" after a few shakes. She was sad... I was sad...Not good.

Received the chime necklace - my daughter loves the different ribbons, but the chime is so soft and hard to make (you have to shake it really hard). Not what I was expecting at all. Overpriced for a little heart that was supposed to make pretty noise when you move with it (as per the product description)
