    Major Design Flaw

    Best Uses

      I think there is a major design flaw in this sailboat lamp. It looks neat and is unique in that it is made of fiberglass, but it does not function as a lamp. When you put the appropriate lightbulb into the lamp, it does not fit. The bulb hits the inside of the lamp, on the sail, preventing it from going in. It is as if the hole at the bottom is in the wrong location. HeathSong sent another lamp, but it had the same problem. Fortunately, HearthSong has excellent customer service and I was easily able to return both lamps and have my money fully refunded.

      Service and delivery comments:

      The lamp arrived promptly. Upon learning the lamp did not work, HearthSong had excellent customer service, sent me a replacement, and then fully refunded my money when neither lamp worked. I was easily able to send the original and replacement back to them with return labels given. HearthSong did everything they could have and I am fully satisfied.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
