Comments about Incred-a-ball:

I was concerned when I read some reviews about the ball that stated that the seams were not strong. Our kids have been using it for almost a month, and it seems to be holding up well!

  • Coolest toy on the block
  • Does not lose air
  • Excellent quality
  • This ball is so much fun

Cons

  • Difficult to store
  • Takes a while to blow up

Best Uses

  • Playtime

Comments about Incred-a-ball:

This ball is the coolest! My 6 and 3 year old love it and have so many different things they do with it! Both of them can fit in it together and they use it as a clubhouse as well! One of the seams started to tear a bit and HearthSong quickly replaced the ball for me without question!

Pros

  • Encourages activity
  • Friends help friends roll
  • Hours of upending fun
  • Large interior space
  • Relatively safe plaything

Cons

  • Two deflated segments

Best Uses

  • Outdoor fun in sun

Comments about Incred-a-ball:

My chidlren took turns rolling inside the Incrediball, and loved it--we supervised their playtime to ensure the toy would not be misused. However, two segments began leaking within the first three days of use, and within one week, several segments were separating from each other around both openings.

    Comments about Incred-a-ball:

Best used in a shady yard, when it is hot outside. We store under the deck, to keep it cool, and use in our shady backyard. But all the neighborhood kids love it!

    Cons

    • Fell apart quickly
    • Not durable
    • Ripped too soon

    Best Uses

    • Great for indoor use

    Comments about Incred-a-ball:

My kids loved this when they got it at christmas this past year, but in a matter of a couple of days, it started to rip at the seams. We still have it, but it is ripped, popped, and well, just not a stable product. For as much money as it costs, not worth it!!!!

    Too incred-a-ball

    By 40-something kid

    from Fredericksburg, VA

    Verified Buyer

    Pros

    • Durable
    • Impressive size
    • You really can fit inside

    Cons

    • Head hit ground thru open
    • Too big to store indoors
    • Too big to throw and kick

    Best Uses

    • Really too big for play

    Comments about Incred-a-ball:

Its big and durable enough to climb inside. But its too big for indoor use, its hot inside the ball when played with in the sun, and it really does not roll well when a child is in the ball. And that's what the kids wanted to do with it. Smaller kids can fall into one of the two openings and hit their body against the ground.

Too much work for Mom and Dad!

        By Hyperventilated Mom

        from Charlotte, NC

        Verified Buyer

        Pros

        • Kids loved it
        • Very Fun

        Cons

        • Difficult to blow up
        • Seams split in 1 week
        • Too big to store
        • Too many sections
        • Too much work

        Best Uses

        • On beach
        • Outside play on grass

        Comments about Incred-a-ball:

This is not something a 11 year old can blow up by themselves. It has many (30 or so) separate sections to blow up. The nozzles are difficult to open and shut. Even with a pump it takes about 1 hour to blow up.

        Buyer beware

        By mom

        from Memphis, TN

        Verified Buyer

        Pros

        • Fun until it breaks

        Cons

        • Broke after brief play
        • Cells tear w mild play
        • Expensive
        • Hard to store
        • Poor quality
        • Takes hours to inflate

        Best Uses

        • Rolling inside ball fun

        Comments about Incred-a-ball:

We spent more hours inflating this ball than playing with it, because it ripped and leaked within a couple hours of playing in it. The very brief time it was not torn, it was enormously fun. However, within minutes, several cells tore at the seems, other cells began deflating, rendering it useless. You must blow up each cell, which took us several hours. When it was ready for play, we only used it on soft grass. Three small, young girls (not rough housers) were playing with this. All supervised play--no wild behavior. Too bad the ball didn't last. It's so fun that we wish we could give it a good review, but, unfortunately, the GBOP is not worth the trouble or money. We figured our GBOP costs us about a dollar per minute of play.

great fun, but only lasts one day

        By mom

        from philadelphia

        Verified Buyer

        Comments about Incred-a-ball:

The ball is great fun, and draws kids from all over the neighborhood UNTIL one or two of the cells pop. The ball still works even when one or two or three cells is deflated, but is lopsided. We complained when the first one popped on the first day, and Hearthsong generously sent us another one, but it also popped on the first day that we used it. It's too expensive for one day of fun (and also takes about an hour to inflate).
