      Every time we use this set (always on carpet - haven't tried the floor paddles), the kids have a blast. The best age is between 5 and 12, but I enjoy playing with the kids too. We always end up laughing out loud. It may not be very similar to air hockey, but it's loads of fun anyway.

      My daughter was very excited to receive this gift. However in the assembly, one of the bands broke. Extra bands had been included though,so it wasn't a deal breaker.
      This is a great game for sleep overs when the kids start getting bored.

      As soon as it was assembled safely on the floor children young, and "a little older" greatly enjoyed the competion. Hand-eye coordination, patience, and fair play were all taught with this simple, yet continually enjoyable and challenging game that simulates a much more expensive and larger table game.

          It is a bit too small for my 9 and 12 year old girls. Gets boring real quick. Action is not fast enough on carpet to make scoring a challenge. I wish i would not have spent $50 on it. Could have purchased something else more fun. I think it is a great alternative, in theory, to the air hockey tables that are so big but in reality it is nothing like playng air hockey.
