The bulbs grew well, and quickly. It was disappointing not to see any red, in the arrangement.I was expecting a similar variety and look to the picture in the catalog.

Burst of springtime

I got this for my 99 year old father who loves to garden but isn't able to any more. As the colorful pail burst forth with promises of spring, he was delighted. Everyone who visited commented on the flowers and we were surprised how many bloomed from the pail. I would recommend this for anyone young or old who enjoys flowers or gardening.

Not as lush as I'd hoped

The tulips were beautiful. My only disappointments were that the flowers didn't all bloom at once, and the grape hyacinths were weak, so I didn't get anything that looked the catalog photo. But I'm looking forward to planting the bulbs in the fall and waiting for them to return in spring.

My daughter in college loved the flowers, they could almost see them grow! And my Mother and Mother-in-law thought it was a unique way of sending flowers. The grape hyacinths did not come up in any of the buckets. That is why I rated this a four.
Spring flowers in a frozen land!

I am a gardener and trying to pass it on to grandchildren - they love flowers and in Denver's deep snows they could watch the bulbs grow and bloom - and think of me! They called me to tell me what was blooming and the colors! They loved it and so did I!
