  • Creative and easy - this Candle Rolling craft kit is the bee's knees! Kids will love rolling their very own beeswax candles to decorate their home or create a unique, homemade gift.

    Comes with twelve 8"-sq. sheets (4 pink, 4 red, 4 white) of sweet-smelling beeswax, plus 6 yds. of wicking. Made in the USA.

    A great craft for ages 5 and up; with adult supervision.

    Did you know that 160,000 bees must travel 150,000 miles collecting nectar to produce the 60 lbs. of honey that yields only 1 lb. of beeswax. Pure 100% beeswax candles burn at a rate of 1 to 1-1/2" each hour and should be arranged about 4" apart and away from drafts. For best results, candles should be stored at room temperature.

        My 8 year old granddaughter and I made these candles for valentines gifts. After i showed her how to make the first one, her creativity took over. We decorated them with leftover wax, beads and stickers. She was so proud of her candles.

            6 y.o. grandson spent happy, focused morning creating gifts for his family members and teacher. All were lovely! He was quite pleased that he could make the candles "all by myself," though he let Grandma cut out some decorations, too. Do hope this product becomes available in different color combinations...
