This is about the best pool toy we have ever had. My 6- and 9-year-old boys both love it, although it is easier for the 9-year-old to play with it. Can be used in multiple ways in the water, for water fights, for games, etc. Doesn't need as big of a pool as you might imagine. It did eventually spring leaks which have not been easy to patch, but it got heavy use and all blow-up pool toys eventually have this problem. No worse than average. We are buying another for this summer because they have loved it.
