I was so excited to order this set and was able to get it at 20% off. Out of the box, it appears sturdy and durable, except for the Parking Garage. The accessories are colorful, attractive and there are lots of them. I like how the signs & trees have large bases so they won't tip over. As far as quality, I am very disappointed that the design of the parking garage still has not been corrected. The two track pieces that have to be inserted to join the levels do not match up with holes. So they just "rest" on the set and are misaligned and fall out when trying to drive a vehicle over it. This is like having a train set with a bridge and the bridge falls out whenever the train goes over it. My husband, with much effort and frustration, has wedged the two insertable pieces above the dowel/hole location and has glued them with gorilla glue to the other part of the track. I hope it stays in place and aligned; otherwise, I'm considering returning he Parking Garage, which is the MAIN part of the set. Too bad...otherwise, this would have been a really great play set with a 5-star rating. I will update my review once the kids have started playing with it. Oh, I ordered the super set and the VEHICLES SET was missing from order. I just sent customer service a message about this so I will let you know how responsive they are. For now, I am recommending the set but buyer beware about the Parking Garage set.

The only complaint we had was already mentioned- the garage's support doesn't actually "support" the first level. It was disappointing for little guy, but he got over it and loves the rest of the set. My husband actually sent the garage back after debating whether or not to add his own additional supports. The rest of this set is AMAZING and fun. I wish it was built so that all of the vehicles and people were of the same scale, but it doesn't seem to bother my son. Lots of open ended play, bright colors, and my son loves it. It is still one of his favorite toys this year.

The only problem we have with the parking garage(which my grandson constantly plays with) is the first level of the garage that is attached to the gas station. It should have two supports - it pivots on its axis and the screw comes loose and then the ramps fall out. Also, the ramps are not attached firmly enough; they fall out by themselves. This is very frustrating. I wonder if you could get back to me with a solution.He also has a great time with the construction crane and assorted pieces of equipment.

Our best, most creat multiage family toy

Thanks for this great addition. The 'town" remains up ready for all to play. Some days it's science fiction. fairy stories, our downtown or a place far away. It is inhabited by goats and trolls, dinosaurs, friends, unlimited things. The re-landscaping, urban renewal, parades, invasions make each time fun for all Thank you for making this available.
