Easy Returns and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 90 days. If your item is defective, you have one year from the date of purchase to return it. To return items for a refund or exchange, you can now use our Easy Online Returns Form: Online Returns
For the fastest service on an exchange request, call Customer Service at 1-800-533-4397 to request a Fast Exchange. We'll immediately place your new order and charge your credit card (we pay the shipping and handling). Repackage your return merchandise carefully and complete the Easy Online Returns Form. Once we receive the return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item less the return shipping fee of $6.95.
Refunds for returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of the return merchandise. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part, you will not be charged for return shipping.
