I ordered one of these for Christmas and the plug to keep the air in did not work. My son ordered a second one and same thing happened. I have been very happy with Hearthsong in general, but this was a disappointment to my grandkids.

Tried 2 of these. Both times the inflatable boppers were not useable right out of the box! Had a very disappointed 9 year old. :(

We have enjoyed this activity and If you don’t get a bum lance it will provide lots of fun and laughs! My complaint and reason behind 2 stars: the plug will not stay in the blue “lance” due to a defect therefore it is constantly deflating. Tape proved ineffective. We may try super glue next.
