I've ordered two of these and am returning the second one today. Same problem as the other one star reviews. I do appreciate that Hearthsong is addressing the issue and makes the return so easy!

I ordered one of these for Christmas and the plug to keep the air in did not work. My son ordered a second one and same thing happened. I have been very happy with Hearthsong in general, but this was a disappointment to my grandkids.

Tried 2 of these. Both times the inflatable boppers were not useable right out of the box! Had a very disappointed 9 year old. :(
