      Confusing assembly

      We purchased this to hold the family hugglepod. Our first package was damaged during shipping and the company took it back, sending me an email thanking me for my return of the product. I had to call to get another one shipped out. Now that we have it, it does the job, but we could not figure out how to entwine the ropes that add stability to the base. When I called customer service for guidance, they had none to give. They just told me to look at the paper that came with it and watch a video online. Neither of these provided instruction as to how to make this happen. The company has told me that they do not need to be entwined centrally, but it seems to me that this would offer more stability to the structure and prevent the legs from splaying out. Better instructions are needed. Only time will tell if the structure holds up.

      Fun

      This thing is perfect for the pod. It's big but it works better than hanging from and tree and it can be moved. It's balanced and sturdy and holds up to 3 under 10.
